Reinforcements for BKK W&F: together with another 350 or so trainees nationwide, Luisa and Lea started their professional careers in the BKK system at the beginning of September.
Training traditionally plays a major role in company health insurance. At BKK W&F, four trainees are now once again on their way to becoming social insurance clerks.
Both career entrants and lateral entrants are given the opportunity to receive sound, practice-oriented training. While the theoretical lessons at the vocational school (Kassel) and BKK Akademie (Rotenburg an der Fulda) take place in blocks, the practical part of the training takes place gradually in all departments of BKK W&F.
If you successfully complete the course, you have good prospects of taking on an independent area of responsibility – including a wide range of personal and professional development opportunities.
