Become a sales partner

The basis of our partnership is an agreement on the payment of an expense allowance if a referral is subsequently made. It does not commit the sales partner to anything and can be terminated by him at any time without notice.

The BKK W&F rewards your activity with a flat-rate compensation. The remuneration for your consulting expenses amounts to 3 percent of the monthly assessment base according to § 18 Para. 1 SGB IV (legally permissible maximum limit). For legal reasons, statutory health insurance funds are not allowed to pay compensation payments for family members, nor are they allowed to pay existing customer commissions.

We pay the expense allowance after receipt of the complete membership documents on the basis of a monthly invoice. This also applies if the actual date of joining is in the future.

As an intermediary of the BKK W&F, you do not need to worry about cancellation liability periods. New members are generally bound to their choice of a statutory health insurance fund such as the BKK W&F for at least 12 months. A settlement of expense allowances already paid with the next invoice will only take place if membership does not occur at all for social insurance law reasons.

After concluding a cooperation agreement, you will receive an agent number from us, which you enter on the application documents.
