Preventive health courses can positively influence 6 out of 8 factors of longevity from an American study before problems become visible:

If you commit to not using a few specific services within one year, you will immediately receive an annual bonus of 120 euros from the BKK W&F to finance a variety of additional services worth up to 200 euros per year via private supplementary insurance.
We cover 100% of the costs of recommended vaccinations, e.g. against tetanus and rubella. In addition, we pay the cost of the HPV (cervical cancer) vaccine for girls and boys from the age of 9.
A health vacation with a compact activity program is the perfect alternative if you don’t have time for courses on site or online in your everyday life. With the activity week, we offer you a varied health program – from relaxation to hiking. If you don’t take part in an on-site course, you can receive up to 200 euros as a subsidy.
Ideal for (re)beginners: We reimburse 100% of the invoice amount annually, up to a maximum of 250 euros for a sports medical examination.
With the BKK W&F, you don’t have to wait until you’re 50 to take care of your colon cancer screening. We offer you the opportunity to carry out the colon cancer screening method according to the i-FOBT procedure from the age of 40.
In the “BKK STARKE KIDS” prevention program, we cover the full costs for many additional children’s examinations at participating paediatricians and adolescent doctors, e.g:
- Eye examination (5th to 14th and 20th to 50th month of life)
- BKK Primary School Check I and II (7 to 10 years)
- BKK Youth Check (6 to 17 years)

With the PlanBaby program, you take the right steps to plan your pregnancy and reduce problems and risks from the outset. It provides information about factors that can be influenced and supports you in making targeted use of preventive and precautionary measures.
The BabyCare prevention program was developed to prevent premature births. It includes an app with a due date calculator and 14 different self-tests.

Thanks to the contract with the Professional Association for Reproductive Medicine Bavaria, you benefit from many other financial advantages, treatment options and additional subsidies such as
- 350 euros for a planned cryocycle,
- 250 euros for a blastocyst culture and
- 100 euros for the cryopreservation of egg and sperm cells prior to cancer treatment
In addition to the medically necessary admission of an accompanying person, we also reimburse the costs of
- Newborns and infants
- Toddlers and pre-school children
- Schoolchildren up to their 9th birthday
- older children – under certain conditions
We reimburse certain preventive medical exams performed by private practitioners when there is a specific medical reason for the exam, such as a toxoplasmosis test. You can also use the 300-euro budget for other services, such as a fee-based on-call midwife service.
You can take advantage of the Hallo Baby program directly at participating gynaecologists free of charge and thus reduce the risk of premature birth.
The perfect complement to your local midwife: During pregnancy and in the first year of your child’s life, you can ask the midwives at Kinderheldin GmbH for advice free of charge.
The legally prescribed subsidy for artificial insemination measures is 50%. You receive special benefits from us:
- an additional 500 euros for medical measures to induce pregnancy
- Increase to up to 1,000 euros if the spouse is also insured with us
If your baby is insured with us, you will receive a one-off bonus of up to 100 euros in total:
- 50 euros for full participation in the U1 to U6 examinations
- 50 euros for full vaccination protection
