Frequently asked questions
An objection procedure does not involve direct costs, and this also applies to subsequent social court proceedings. However, costs may be incurred if you engage a lawyer. These costs will only be reimbursed to you by the BKK W&F if you ultimately win the case.
If the objection committee rejects your objection in whole or in part, you can lodge a complaint against the objection decision with a social court. You have one month from receipt of our decision to do so. To do so, contact the competent court named in the notice of objection directly. You can do this yourself.
Alternatively, you can also hire a lawyer – however, this may incur costs for you. These will only be reimbursed by the BKK W&F if you win the case conclusively.
You can object to a notification from BKK W&F in various ways:
- via our “BKK W&F OGS” app
- by post to BKK WIRTSCHAFT & FINANZEN, Bahnhofstraße 19, 34212 Melsungen
- in person for recording during business hours at our head office in Melsungen (address above) or at the Kassel branch (Frankfurter Straße 174, 34134 Kassel)
- by De-Mail to info@bkk-wf.fp-demail.de (no e-mail, can only be reached by De-Mail)
Notes:
- The deadline for filing an objection is one month after notification of the rejection notice.
- Provide documents with the current date, your signature and, ideally, a reason for the objection.
- If you would like to send us a complaint instead of an objection, please use the mailbox beschwerde@bkk-wf.de.
