With a health insurance bonus program, living a healthy life pays off twice over. After all, taking care of your health significantly improves your quality of life and also earns you cash bonuses.

All insured persons aged 18 and over can participate in both bonus programs for adults of the BKK W&F, even simultaneously. We offer separate programs for children and adolescents for younger insured persons.

If you would like to submit the evidence by post, please use the BKK bonus evidence form that can be downloaded here. There, the respective service providers – for example, medical practices – will find corresponding fields with which the measures are documented (self-declarations are not sufficient). Alternatively, a bonus program module is also available in our OGS app, where you can also upload evidence for each requirement individually.

Important: The bonus documents must also be received by us by March 31 of the following year.
