Bonus program for children and young people

In stage I, measures for the prevention and early detection of diseases will be rewarded from 1.1.2026 (details on the program until 31.12.2025 can be found in the PDF on the 2025 bonus):

1. Full participation in all possible child examinations during the year:
   U7, U7a, U8, U9, U10, U11, J1 and J2.
2. Proof of vaccinations
   Complete basic immunization, booster or standard vaccination. An existing vaccination status does not lead to a bonus.
3. Full use of dental check-ups:
   Twice a year (= once per calendar half-year)
4. Proof of professional teeth cleaning in a dental practice

Level II adds the following requirements as proof of health-conscious behavior:

1. Participation in a qualified development program in the prevention field of exercise:
   e.g. children’s gymnastics, baby swimming, parent and toddler courses
2. Participation in a sporting event
3. Participation in a health course or compact program
4. Active member of a sports club
5. Active membership of a fitness studio (possible from the age of 15)

Children and young people receive a bonus of 20 euros for each proven measure from bonus levels 1 and 2.

If you would like to submit the evidence by post, please use the BKK bonus evidence form, which can be downloaded here. There, the respective service providers – for example, medical practices – will find corresponding fields with which the measures are documented (self-declarations are not sufficient). Alternatively, a bonus program module is also available in our OGS app, where you can also upload evidence individually for each requirement.

Important: The bonus documents must also be received by us by March 31 of the following year.
