Fimo Health App – Help with chronic fatigue syndrome

The aim is to offer insured persons with chronic fatigue syndrome prompt, high-quality digital support. The aim is to contribute to improving health-related quality of life and to positively influence medical and therapeutic treatments through better understanding.

The Fimo Health app offers an app-based course program for acquiring knowledge and learning coping strategies for dealing with your condition.

Users receive course content on various topics such as “Long Covid knowledge”, “Pacing”, “Family, friends & work”, “Self-reflection” and “Stress”. In addition, a digital diary is available for recording and documenting influencing factors and symptoms relevant to your illness.

Are you at least 18 years old and have been diagnosed with chronic fatigue syndrome (ME/CFS) by a doctor and do you have a smartphone with Android (version 5.1 or higher) or iOS (version 15 or higher)?

Then download the free Fimo Health app from your app store now. Before registering, you will be shown a video introducing the contents of the app. You then select the disease “Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (ME/CFS)” and indicate that you are insured with BKK W&F.
