The BKK W&F is happy to support you with a comprehensive range of prevention courses, whether close to home, online or as part of a health trip.
Health courses are aimed at healthy people and those who suffer from risk factors such as lack of exercise, slight overweight or mood disorders such as restlessness or nervousness. However, they do not replace medical or therapeutic treatment. In the case of acute health problems, attendance at a health course should therefore be discussed with the doctor treating you.
The best-known contact point for certified health courses is the course database of the Central Prevention Testing Center.
