If you are cared for at home by a care service, we will support you with care benefits in kind.
Requirements
- A care degree of 2 to 5 is present.
- The care and support takes place in your usual environment, i.e. at home.
- The care is provided by professional nurses from a social service center or an approved outpatient care service.

We will assist you in your search for a suitable nursing service that is approved by the statutory health insurance funds. In addition, the BKK Pflegefinder is available to you. There you can specifically retrieve information on nursing services and compare the various offers with each other.

Application
The prerequisite is that you submit an application to determine the need for care and inform us that you wish to claim care benefits in kind or convert your previous benefit to care benefits in kind.
You conclude a contract with the care service and determine which care services you wish to use on a monthly basis. The care service bills us directly for the services provided.
