OrthoHeroBKK is an app-supported exercise therapy that is supervised by a doctor. OrthoHeroBKK consists of an app-supported initial check-up and an individual training plan drawn up by a doctor. The exercise training app Herodikos can be used for individual training and offers medical insight into the course of therapy so that it can be adjusted if necessary. Herodikos can be used with a smartphone, tablet or computer.
Participation for our insured persons is voluntary, free of charge and can be obtained from participating medical specialists in the specialist areas. Insured persons can register for treatment with medical specialists in the fields of orthopaedics, orthopaedics and trauma surgery or physical and rehabilitative medicine.
