At TeleClinic, private practice physicians are available around the clock to help you with symptoms such as back pain and headaches, colds and flu-like illnesses, urinary tract infections, skin changes, and much more. Of course, this currently also includes the wide range of questions related to COVID-19. All doctors hold a valid medical license in Germany and have relevant professional experience.
The BKK W&F handles the billing for consultations via TeleClinic directly – there are no costs for our insured members, not even for the issue of a possible certificate of incapacity for work.
With the introduction of e-prescriptions, TeleClinic can now also issue prescriptions covered by health insurance. The doctor retains the authority to prescribe.

Registration: You can register directly in the TeleClinic app. Just like the download, this is free of charge for you. Alternatively, you can also register via the TeleClinic website.
Questionnaire: In the second step, you fill out a short questionnaire about your concerns and arrange an online doctor’s appointment.
Consultation: The doctor will contact you directly by video call at the agreed time or within 30 minutes.
Note: The treatments offered on TeleClinic are generally suitable for online treatment according to generally recognized professional standards. An individual assessment of each request is always made by the attending physician.
