At the Teleclinic, doctors in private practice will help you around the clock with complaints such as back pain and headaches, colds and flu-like infections, bladder infections, skin changes and much more. Of course, this currently also includes a wide range of questions relating to coronavirus infections. All doctors have a valid license to practice medicine in Germany and relevant professional experience.
The BKK W&F handles the billing for consultations via TeleClinic directly – there are no costs for our insured members, not even for the issue of a possible certificate of incapacity for work.
With the introduction of the e-prescription, health insurance prescriptions can also be prescribed via Teleclinic. The prescribing authority lies with the doctor.

Registration: You can register directly in the TeleClinic app. Just like the download, this is free of charge for you. Alternatively, you can also register via the TeleClinic website.
Questionnaire: In the second step, you fill out a short questionnaire about your concerns and arrange an online doctor’s appointment.
Consultation: The doctor will contact you directly by video call at the agreed time or within 30 minutes.


Note: The treatments offered on TeleClinic are generally suitable for online treatment according to generally recognized professional standards. An individual assessment of each request is always made by the attending physician.
