The chatbot is an additional service we have commissioned from the BITMARCK group of companies. BKK W&F is a shareholder in BITMARCK and is also responsible for the development of the ePA. So you get all the information you need at first hand.

  • If your query cannot be answered via the chatbot, you will be offered a live chat with an employee.
  • Alternatively, you can also arrange a callback. If you use this option, you will receive a confirmation of receipt from BITMARCK by email immediately after submitting your request via the chatbot.
  • If your request is a technical fault and is displayed in your app with a support code, please pass this code on to the VHD. This information will help us to respond to your request even faster.
