- Alternatively, you can also arrange a callback. If you use this option, you will receive a confirmation of receipt from BITMARCK by email immediately after submitting your request via the chatbot.
- If your request is a technical fault and is displayed in your app with a support code, please pass this code on to the VHD. This information will help us to respond to your request even faster.
