Insured individuals can request in their electronic patient record (ePA) that the BKK W&F transmit data about services used to the ePA and store it there.
Insured individuals must explicitly authorize the BKK W&F to do so in the ePA. Subsequently, the available data is automatically available in PDF format. The authorization can be withdrawn or reassigned at any time.
Alternatively, it is possible to request data only for a specific period or only for a selected service area. As soon as the data is ready, it is stored in the ePA and can be accessed via the document list.
Notes:
- The data is available with a time delay of up to 9 months.
- For data protection reasons, only data from the last 6 years can be retrieved (from the start of insurance at the earliest).
- As many settlements with service providers are not made on a case-by-case basis for legal reasons, no financial value of the services used is shown.
- For technical reasons, no benefits reimbursed directly to the insured person by the health insurance fund are displayed.
- Representatives can only request an annual delivery of the benefit information.
