The “Wertgeschätzt” initiative is dedicated to promoting health in hospitals and long-term care facilities. The initiative increases appreciation for all employees in their day-to-day work, boosts motivation, and establishes sustainable structures in workplace health management.
BGM process support
With the help of a consultant, an internal workplace health management program is implemented or further developed at the hospital or long-term care facility, as this provides the framework for implementing the measures.
BGM training courses
You can expand your skills in occupational health management with free training courses. In this way, you can ensure that your internal OHM is effective in a sustainable and structured way.
BGM network
A network for internal exchange among workplace health promotion managers in the same setting offers additional benefits; for example, it allows you to learn from others’ experiences and foster innovation.
Digital Health Week
A free digital health week is organized every year for nursing students and trainees in hospitals and care facilities to help them start their careers.
