(m/w/d, Vollzeit, unbefristet)

Deine Aufgaben

Bearbeiten: du bearbeitest Anfragen sowie Anträge rund um das Beitragswesen von Arbeitgebern – dabei übernimmst du auch die Einleitung eines Mahnverfahrens und die Anmeldung offener Forderungen im Insolvenzverfahren.
Beraten: du berätst Arbeitgeber telefonisch und schriftlich in Bezug auf Beitragsmeldung- und abführung.
Prüfen: du prüfst Beitragskonten und leitest bei Bedarf Vollstreckungsmaßnahmen bei Arbeitgebern und Selbstzahlern ein.

Dein Profil

Neugierde und Eigenverantwortung zeichnen deine Arbeitsweise aus. Du bist bereit, Neues zu lernen und Herausforderungen mit Offenheit und Initiative zu begegnen.
Zuhören und Kommunizieren gehören zu deinen Stärken. Du verstehst es, auch komplexere Sachverhalte klar und verständlich zu vermitteln und gehst dabei auf die Anliegen deiner Gesprächspartner ein.
Fachkenntnisse prägen dich. Du hast eine Ausbildung zum Sozialversicherungsfachangestellten erfolgreich abgeschlossen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
