Wir suchen einen Mitarbeiter im Team Geldleistungen in Kassel oder Melsungen

(Vollzeit, unbefristet, m/w/d)

Deine Aufgaben

Bearbeiten: du bearbeitest alle Themen im Zusammenhang mit Krankengeld, Kinderkrankengeld und Mutterschaftsgeld.
Beraten: Versicherte kontaktieren uns vor allem telefonisch oder online – du berätst sie zu allen Anliegen zum Thema Krankengeld.
Steuern: du steuerst das Krankengeldfallmanagement und arbeitest mit dem Medizinischen Dienst und den Erbringern unserer Leistungen eng zusammen.

Dein Profil

Neugierde und Eigenverantwortung zeichnen deine Arbeitsweise aus. Du bist bereit, Neues zu lernen und Herausforderungen mit Offenheit und Initiative zu begegnen.
Zuhören und Kommunizieren gehören zu deinen Stärken. Du verstehst es, auch komplexere Sachverhalte klar und verständlich zu vermitteln und gehst dabei auf die Anliegen deiner Gesprächspartner ein.
Fachkenntnisse prägen dich. Du hast eine Ausbildung zum Sozialversicherungsfachangestellten erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
